Friday, May 23, 2014: The Last Akaway author, Gary Karton was interviewed on XM Radio’s Urban View-The Maggie Linton Show. The talk show host and actress, Maggie Linton talked to The Last Akaway author about the book and overcoming dyslexia. During the twenty-minute interview, Linton and Karton discussed many other topics including Karton’s inspiration for the book, his children, and his career advocating for child safety. Karton continued on to describe his work on the upcoming sequel to the popular title.
